This weekend I'm going away and where I'm going, they have no electricty(except if I were to plug the computer in the car, but I don't think "big brother" would like that) Anyways, I just wanted to let you guys know that, I'm leaving sometime between 10am and 1pm (my time) tomorrow and coming back sometime Sunday. But I'll make sure to come on later tonight and tomorrow morning before I leave.
Can't wait though *Screams like a little girl while shaking excessively*. "Big brother", or in other words my very close older friend, is taking me and my older sister to the Purple Door concert somewhere in Pennsylvannia. Of course my younger sister is p*ssed off big time because her stupid dad won't let her go, even though big brother already paid for all of our tickets. Which my mom couldn't believe that he paid for them before she even said we could go. Oh well ;D, it actually helped me to try and convince my mom to let me go.

Yeah.. That's all he ever does, is buy us stuff, fix our stuff, or take us places. I think by the time he's finished, we'll pretty much owe him our entire lives. And the funny thing is, he's not our real brother and yet he does all this stuff as if he really is.

Ditto, Adalee. Ditto. Mind you, all my brothers are younger so it's not really surprising. Even if they had been older however, they would have never done any such thing anyway. *Sighs.*
Hope you had/have a great time Luvs!
The women in this family have to fix the stuff, walk on foot and buy our own things. Fix 'cause we ain't waitin' for some male to come along & do it, walk 'cause my dad has the god damn car for work (so all & every transport is our legs 99.9% of the time) & buy, *snorts* the males in my family buying stuff for us? If that day ever comes, I'll be wondering if they were possessed, imposters, aliens or just plain delusions generated by uber levels of stress.

I feel you there sordid and adalee.
My uncle never buys me stuff, 'cept for holidays/birthdays and all that ever is is a gift card. He never takes the time to actually get to know us and find out what we want.
My step-dad only ever bought/got me something only if it suited him. Meaning he would buy me stuff just to bribe me or whatever. I mean, yeah, I actually got ALOT of cool stuff because of it but he was just using me to get whatever he wanted to know about my mom. And he would have the my mom's truck(yes, she really had a truck and it was an awesome truck at that) 90% of the time. So if I wanted to go somewhere I would have to wait until he got home later, which usually ended up being 10 o'clock because he would get drunk or wait uhtil my mom finally got the car, which was on the weekends.
My real dad, though, has very good excuses for not buying or getting me stuff. Ok maybe not excuses but still... One... he lives in Arizona and I live in New Jersey, there's alot of distance between us, so we don't see much of each other except one week every year and he too only buys me stuff for holidays/birthdays. And two... he is temporarily disabled right now due to the fact he had serious back problems. My mom said it's because his job for most of his life was picking up those really big truck tires and putting them on the trucks.
Anyways... I'M BACK!!! VERY AWESOME!! To be honest though, it's one of those places you're excited to go and be there but at the same time you get so exhausted and tired that you want to go home. You're standing for about 80-90% of the time and it was in the 80's and 90's this weekend. So standing+heat+hundreds of thousands of people= a high chance of passing out. Which I almost did at one point, forunately I knew I wasn't doing to good because I was directly in the sun, being pratically squished by everyone standing near me. Also unforunately, that meant my sister and big brother couldn't see one of their favorite bands because they had to make sure I was hydrated and in the shade, which was almost a mile away due to the fact that just about everyone, not up near the stages, was sitting in the shade.
I actually got alot of cool stuff. A backpack, which I carried everything my sister didn't feel like carrying. A poster of Family Force 5, which is a very awesome dance music band, which I got all "5" of them to sign. A poster of B.(Brian) Reith, which I also got him to sign. He's actually one of those guys that just about everyone falls in love with just by looking at him, he's that good looking. And the first cd from Fireflight, my FAVORITIST BAND EVER!!!, and got them to sign it too.
We got to see upcoming bands perform and meet them afterwards. Two bands stood out for me among them, Hyland and Rescue is Possible[i/], very good bands. I got a shirt and demo cd from Hyland and my sister did the same for Rescue. We got to talk to them, both, for awhile and get pictures with them, they were really cool about it.
Purple Door was amazing. It's an all Christrian(you don't have to be, though) concert that happens every end of the summer. It's really cool, except the part were people would just come up to and give you stickers and pamphlets of stuff like abortion and people who cut themselves. I mean, yeah seeing that stuff is upsetting but I've never had to deal with any, so it caught me off guard.
Oh and we bought stuff and somethings signed for my younger sister since she couldn't go, so she wouldn't complain about not being able to go. Though I haven't heard a thankyou directly, since I was asleep when she came home from going over a friends' last night.
So yeah, I had a great time and I might, keyword might, go next year if I can.

Nothing to be in dire need of, trust me. & as for how many there are of us . . . *winks* I'll let you ponder on that. Luvs ~ I'm glad you had such a damn good experience. And shade's healthy! Great for my skin anyway . . . Huh. Looks like we all have male relatives that suck lemons for a living. That's just . . . damn admirable really . . . *Utters in a calculated sarcastic voice* Don't you just agree, ladies??? *Flutters lashes.*

O.o...seriously? You're not going to tell me how many siblings you have? ~blows you a raspberry~
And I'll have you know...I come from a very large family, so I already know that it is something to be in dire need of...for myself that is. ~sighs~ Again....I love big families.
I just wish I was closer to mine. But NOooooo...my parents had to move far far away from their families to the Gods damned black hole of the universe and shack up with the freakin' polar bears and arctic animals.
~scoffs~ Who the hell...in their right mind...decides to move far north, 9 hours away from civilization to the coldest damned city in the entire freakin' country?
That is what I want to know? ~blinks and looks around sheepishly~ Uhh...yeah, I got a little of topic with this one. ~cheeky grin~ Though, this sounds like rant material to me! ~runs to the Rant/vent/sream boards like a giddy child~

*Crosses arms & shoots you a fry your a$$ up in hell scowl.* No . . . I believe I've said as much.
*Arches brow.* Why is it so in dire need of, Addy? I can't recall the reasons why I don't throttle my half-wit bro's to Mars & back. *Shakes head.* No, really, I can't. That is how sad my vision has become - but with good reason I tell you!
*Looks at you as if you've gone officially nuts.* Why on earth would you want a huge family, Addy? Why?? Do I need to shed tears? Dance around a grave? . . . . Something obviously needs doing to stop you from this disastrous and need of a family . . .
On the off note . . . I couldn't live without a family . . . but I could darn well live without the males!
